I offer a delicious diet to get you through a full day of training, a cardio focused session geared towards progression and growth,and optional weight training which will help you to feel energized and powerful! A full day of training entails tracking your calories,doing cardio , and making sure that you are trying as hard as you can to improve whenever possible! This means pushing yourself on your cardio sessions to get the most out of the experience. The reason why we are focusing on cardio is to increase the amount of calories you burn, which will allow you to eat more throughout the day!
